Marco Paggini graduated from Pisa University in 1992 and took a Masters in Maritime Law in London while training with one of London’s leading P&I Clubs. The same year he joined Studio Legale Vincenzini and became a partner in 2000.
He specialises in maritime and international transportation law and has handled several major marine casualties on behalf of the P&I Clubs. He also has considerable experience in the tourist/pleasure yacht sector,
with particular regard to construction contracts, as well as in public land and harbour grants and acts as consultant to various banking institutes.
He collaborates with Pisa University and the State Naval Academy in Livorno where he has taught navigation law. A member of the Italian Association of Maritime Law, he has attended numerous conferences and workshops in the sector of in maritime and international transportation law.
